My favorite simple machine is the pulley. I like the pulley because it looks cool and can become very helpful in some situations like lifting some wooden boards. It can be used for fun. Like a hangglider!
You didn't tell mrs. Gray the tradoff
The tradeoff of the pulley is if you just pull straight down, it takes more effort to lift the load than pulling it slanted.
My favorite simple machine is a lever because it helps lift things the tradoff is the less force the longer it takes the more force the less it takes
Ryder, when you are able to use less force with a simple machine the trade off is the machine has to go a larger, what? You are on the right track, but I want to see if you can use the correct vocabulary. Thank you for posting to the blog.
The larger amount of force is needed to lift the object
more force is take to pull harder
I hope this is the end of school I WANT TO BE IN YOUR BLOG FOREVER THANK ALL OF YOU FOR TYPING ON MRS.Gray classroom blog <:)

Some people looked at our house and they said they'll buy it. I can't wait to move. I will finish my year in 3rd grade with my fabulous, terrific, awesome teacher, Mrs.Gray.
Maia, I am disappointed to hear you will be moving, but I am very grateful that you will be able to finish the school year at University Park. I am glad that you are excited to move. Moving is fun! You will be missed, but I wish you and your family all the best!
We will miss our neighbor Maia and her family! Thank you for being such a good neighbor and I wish you all the best as you and your family move. You'll always have friends here in Alaska! :)
