As I sit here at my desk, and look out at the stacked desks and chairs, I am happy and sad altogether. Another school year has ended, and my students have departed from my room. Although my students are gone, the memories I have of this year I hold close to my heart. This is one group of students I will miss terribly. The personalities and enjoyment of learning were contagious. The one thing that really got to me today, was the students asked if I would still keep blogging with them over the summer. What an honor that they still wanted to blog with me, so here is a shout out to all my students. Have a great summer and blog once in a while letting me know what you are doing. If you read a good book over the summer, please let us know the title, so we all can read the book. I will also keep you posted on what I am reading. I hope to see you all around town. I already miss you! Mrs. Gray :)
Me & Robert are hanging out until Sat. and having a sleepover!!!!!!!

My family is flying to Minnesota on Sun. night and staying in a hotel for three days. Then we are DRIVING to Iowa. We're staying in a hotel there and afterwords we're driving to my Uncle Shermen's house. When my family drives back to Minnesota, we are going to the Mall Of America! The internet said it was four floors high! I can't wait!

Yes, the book is about owls. It is the first book in the series Guardians of Ga'hoole. The author is Kathryn Lasky. I am going to the library today to get the next book, The Journey and sign up for the summer reading program.

Hi everybody! I am really enjoying reading all your posts. One of my goals this summer is to read all the Battle of the Books books for this year for grades 3-4. I just finished my first book. It was titled, Stick Dog. It was written by Tom Watson. It is about a dog and his search for a hamburger. I was not that impressed with the book, but maybe you would like it. It reminded me of the Diary of the Wimpy Kid books. See if you can check this book out from the library and let me know what you think. Continue having a great summer and keep reading. Thanks again for all your wonderful comments. 😊
Hi Mrs. Gray. I met a new friend! Her name is Jayda. My dad's friend,Cliff, had like a house party kind of thing and that's where I met her. Hope you're all having an awesome summer and hope to talk to you soon. Bye!
Hello Mrs. Gray! It's nice to write on this blog again. I'm pretty sure nobody else is really going on here any more. I wish Maia hadn't moved. She's gone and moved to Iowa. We talk though. We send each other letters and once and awhile we FaceTime too. It's fun. You know what? I've got to go, but it was fun going on this site again. I'm almost in fifth grade and I hope I get to hear from more of the students that were in third grade with me. Maia if your looking at this (which your probobly not) I would like to say... Hello!!!!! Now... Goodbye! See you later. :D
Hi again! I don't know what to say. This blog is called the last day of school so I thought I would write on it when it's almost the end of school. I just want to wish everyone a happy summer! Hopefully the mosquitoes won't get anyone too much! Bye! Have a great summer!:D
